General Terms of Use

JoinIOI is a global publication, discovery and protected-contact platform where individuals and companies may present ideas, projects, products, businesses, technologies, professional opportunities and partnership proposals.

The platform enables users to discover opportunities and establish protected communication. JoinIOI does not become a participant in any negotiation, partnership, investment, purchase, distribution agreement or other transaction between users.

JoinIOI provides digital publication, visibility, discovery, account verification, administrative review, protected communication and historical record services.

A publication is information submitted by its owner. Its appearance on JoinIOI does not mean that JoinIOI has approved its commercial value, profitability, ownership, legal structure, technical feasibility or future success.

JoinIOI is not a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, crowdfunding provider, dealer, agent, fiduciary, escrow provider or representative of any user.

JoinIOI does not negotiate agreements, recommend particular opportunities, determine transaction terms or represent either side of an agreement.

JoinIOI is not a party to contracts concluded between users. All negotiations and agreements are made independently and directly by the participating users and their professional advisers.

JoinIOI does not collect, hold, safeguard, transfer, distribute or manage investment funds, financing contributions, purchase prices or partnership capital between users.

Any financing, investment, ownership transfer, commercial payment or other transaction must take place independently from JoinIOI through the parties, their banks, lawyers, accountants, notaries or other authorised professional providers.

Payments made to JoinIOI are fixed fees for digital publication and visibility services, including STANDARD, TOP and VIP plans.

These payments are not investments, deposits, transaction funds or commissions based on the success or value of an agreement between users.

JoinIOI does not receive a percentage of investments, financing, sales, partnerships or other transactions completed between users.

Purchasing a publication plan does not guarantee approval, funding, a partner, a buyer, a distributor, an investor or any other result.

Users must provide accurate registration information, verify their email address and complete the JoinIOI administrative approval process before accessing protected member functions.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their passwords and accounts. Accounts may not be transferred or used to misrepresent another person, company or organisation.

A verified or approved account confirms the account status within JoinIOI. It does not constitute a guarantee of the user's financial capacity, professional qualifications, business performance or the validity of every statement made by that user.

Each user is fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness and authenticity of the information, images and documents submitted through their account.

Users must not publish false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, copied or unauthorised content.

Users must correct inaccurate information through the publication procedures permitted by JoinIOI and must cooperate with legitimate administrative reviews and complaints.

By submitting a publication, the user confirms that they are authorised and legally entitled to present the relevant idea, project, company, product, property, technology, intellectual property, commercial opportunity or partnership proposal.

A user presenting a company, ownership interest, proposed equity participation, financing request or third-party asset confirms that they possess the necessary authority and are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to their proposal.

JoinIOI may request supporting information or reject content when authority, ownership or legality cannot be reasonably established.

Users may publish opportunities seeking financing, investors, distributors, commercial partners, buyers, manufacturers, developers or other forms of cooperation.

Users may describe proposed ownership participation or partnership percentages when they are legally authorised to do so.

Such publications are user-generated opportunities and do not constitute a recommendation, approval, financial promotion or guarantee by JoinIOI.

The publishing user remains responsible for the lawful structure, presentation and negotiation of the proposal.

Every user must conduct their own independent legal, financial, commercial, tax, technical and operational due diligence before relying on information or entering an agreement.

Users should obtain advice from appropriately qualified lawyers, accountants, banks, notaries, engineers, technical specialists or other professional advisers when relevant.

JoinIOI does not replace professional verification and does not certify the profitability, ownership, valuation, legal compliance or technical feasibility of a publication.

JoinIOI does not guarantee funding, investment, profitability, revenue, partnership, distribution, purchase, sale, licensing, development, completion or any other outcome.

Publication visibility, account verification, administrative approval and protected communication do not constitute an endorsement or promise of commercial success.

Users make their own decisions and accept the risks connected with discussions and agreements entered into with other users.

Initial communication may be required to remain inside JoinIOI so that requests, permissions and important actions can be recorded and reviewed.

Direct personal or company contact information may be exchanged only in accordance with the platform process and the consent of the relevant users.

Users must not use JoinIOI communication tools for spam, harassment, fraud, unlawful solicitation or attempts to bypass platform security.

JoinIOI may review, approve, reject, suspend, deactivate or archive publications and accounts to protect users, enforce these Terms or respond to legal and security concerns.

Payment for a publication service does not remove the requirement for administrative review and does not create an automatic right to publication.

JoinIOI may request clarification or supporting information before approving content.

A publication may be edited only during the first 24 hours after it becomes active, subject to the applicable platform workflow.

After the edit window closes, the publication may remain active or be stopped, but its published content cannot be silently rewritten.

When a correction is required, the previous publication may be stopped and a new publication created.

Publications and important historical actions are archived rather than permanently deleted so that JoinIOI can preserve evidence for security, transparency and dispute review.

JoinIOI records the document version and exact date and time when a user accepts required terms, privacy information, publication rules and security notices.

Protected technical evidence may also be stored to support the authenticity and security of the acceptance record.

Historical consent records are not replaced when a new document version is introduced. Each newly accepted version creates an additional permanent record.

Users may not publish or promote illegal activities, fraud, stolen property, counterfeit goods, unauthorised intellectual property, discriminatory content, threats, malware, prohibited weapons, unlawful financial schemes or other content that violates applicable law or platform rules.

Users may not impersonate another person or company, manipulate verification, create deceptive identities or use JoinIOI to obtain confidential information under false pretences.

JoinIOI may restrict, suspend or deactivate an account when there is evidence of fraud, serious rule violations, security risk, unlawful activity or repeated failure to cooperate with platform review.

Historical records connected to suspended or deactivated accounts may remain preserved for legitimate security, administrative and dispute purposes.

By selecting the required registration checkboxes and creating an account, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these General Terms of Use and the related consent documents.

The acceptance is connected to the user's JoinIOI account, the applicable document version and the recorded date and time.

Users who do not accept the required terms may not create or use a protected JoinIOI member account.
